id buy a new lite like spaz said and just use that benQ for ripping with the 0800 fw. your gonna need the dummy.bin though before u can swap anything.

how do i get the dummy .bin cant i just take the mother board out of the original drive using the soldering iron to remove the wires and put it in the new drive?

and where would be the cheapest place to get a new one?

naw your gonna have to probe 3 for your dummy.bin.

and for a new disc drive id hit up ebay or amazon.

Look kid what you are trying to do looks very easy in theory but is not in practical.

First of all if both of your consoles are Fat than YES you can swap the drives because in 2011 Microsoft made all the Fat drives identical to each other in terms of firmware.

Now how to do that??
You are saying that you would like to swap the mother boards too, BUT it would not work because one drive is lite-on and the other drive is BenQ and in also that soldering, attaching and detaching stuff is too dangerous many peoples have lost their drives by this method.

What you have to do:
*If you have the key saved with you in Dummy.bin or fw.bin then well in good you are good to go BUT if not than you have to buy the CK3 Probe to extract the key out of your lite-on circuit board.

*So when you take out the key out of your Lite-on circuit board simply save it in Dummy.bin or fw.bin.
*Attach your BenQ Drive with your PC and Flash it using the same Dummy.bin or in other words using the same key because your console is connected to that key which is in your genuine drive(In your case it's the key of Lite-on)

And you are done.

But I would like to warn you here since there is a possibility that Microsoft can check you, You may be some time get Ban from Xbox live because of using different drive in your console. So my advise will be to buy a used or new Lite-on drive and then flash it with your drive key.
But you if you don't care for online and xbox live than go for it
