Hitachi Drive with 1.51 get open tray message alot

i have a hitachi drive 2006 with 1.51 when i insert some new backed up games i get open tray alot some work after ejecting and closing multiple time but some wont i have read that it is due to my motor going but i dont knw hw true this is/ or could it be down to the disks im using i am going to buy a new drive but i just wanted to knw if this is the problem b4 i buy it

could be the motor but there the same laser as sammys so there a gamble i always find the lasers need tweeking, pain i find hd63 laser models are worst than hd67, anyone else find this?
