Good Point.

Yeah bro, same here i just found out my cousins got console banned, hes been purchasing the backedup games from this guy who sells them dirt cheap. And well long story short he was playing smackdown the new game and during this time he was console banned.

I myself get my own backups and verify them twice before i burn them, then i play them on my offline account, i only went online with my brothers gamertag and play gears 2 online.

Im well scared to put it on right now after hearing all this news about this console banning, if it were gamertag banning then i wouldnt mind much....

How about when playing a game earlier, disconnect from xbox live

set the date on your 360 to the release date of the game, so when the game finally comes out you can go online and any data regarding said game will be time stampted the day of release

but dont ever connect to live until the game comes out or it will automatically correct the date on the sytem

That's a very interesting concept... I never thought of that. We still don't know if playing a game early is the reason people are getting banned, but your technique couldn't hurt. One other problem with playing a game early is that it can't be verified with ABGX360 since they don't verify games until they're released.

Well add me to the list of banned consoles! Last game played was Forza, game was stealth patched with abgx. Running ixtreme 1.51 Hitachi. Never played any games before release date. Always double checked stealth with agbx before playing.

One question, it says my console was banned, didn't say anything about my profile. Might be a stupid question but can I throw my profile on a non-modded system and still be able connect to xbox live or should I just make a new account?

Yes, you will be able to transfer your account to a new Xbox and even bring your hard drive with you. The only thing thats banned is your Console ID.

Flashed LiteOn -c in an Xbox Elite here. Used CK3 to power during flash process. Latest game I've been playing has been a verified Forza Motorsport 3, post-release. I'm not banned so far.

PS. Also never used an activate.iso disc. I'm wondering why I never read anything debating or explaining why this method ('one-shot boot mode') wouldn't be detectable? Anyone?
