This code tells us the xbox was on dashboard 12416 and failed trying to update to 14719.
You need to have a stock drive for the 12146 dash
and finish the 14719 update with a usb stick.

The main problem is I don't have the dummy files because I buy it from ebay with ixtreme 1.61 I guess. I know it have a liteon driver.
Can you guide me to a tutorial or some steps to reflash it.
    Thanks a lot.

JungleFlasher tutorial. Download it from my signature and it'll go through how to flash it and what you need for your drive.

You don't need a tutorial to let the dashboard update finish. As I said, put the original (not a backup) disc in and let the update finish.

Boneym, why would you suggest that when the easiest way is just for her to put her original in?

The drive is already stock thanks to the 13141 update, so all they need to do is pop in the original and the update will finish

    It was on 12146 (3080 in hex) not 13141 therefore the drive fw should be 74850C , 83850C , 83850C v2 or 93450C
then with the update to 14716 it will be trying to flash the drive to 02510c,
if the drive flashes to 02510c with the retail game thats great.
but, if it fails because its running cfw then its needs stock fw to complete on which is
    74850C , 83850C , 83850C v2, 93450C
    depending on the drive.

I've seen plenty of these update issues, and everyone has had the drive flashed back to stock by 13141 update component which as we all know changed the drives firmware to read the XGD3 format. If the OP hasn't removed the drive from her console, then it's now a 02510C stock drive, regardless of what CFW was on there before. The simplest way BY FAR is to just pop the original which the OP should have (or we enter into piracy realms).

I know this, what we are saying is that we see loads of these errors each day, and the majority can be solved simply by finishing the update from the original, if that doesn't work, then we say you will need to flash back to stock to complete the update
