iHas 324-98b and XGD3 help ?

i have a iHas 324-98b flashed with burner max and burned about 20 odd games with memorex (Disc ID: MBIPG101-R10-65) with ease my settings stayed the same and didnt change i woke up the next morning ready to burn ufc 3 and it failed which is even funnier cause its not xgd3 atleast i believe so...well i reflashed my iHas redid all settings etc... etc... and have went through easily a 25 ina half packs of memorex discs with all failed burns at %50 on XGD2 and 3 games which is weird to me...as a matter of fact 1's failing right now as i type lol.... help !!!!

Here's the problem. You're burning too fast (6x). You still haven't been able to prove that the disks will complete an XGD2 in another burner since you don't need the ihas for that. And since the disks keep failing just after the layer break, it leads us to believe that the cheaply made MEMs are the issue. The answers haven't changed just because you started another thread. And they won't. You got your money's worth out of the first 20.

I have some less expensive Maxell (comes up as RITEK) that I use for XGD2 and I have changed the speedcode in my firmware to burn them slower than normally allowable. The default slowest for them was 4x and I've dropped it down to 2.4x and it's made an improvement. Don't fool yourself thinking that the burn speed doesn't matter. Especially with more suspect media, the slower the burn, the fewer the problems.

my 1st 20+ burns were all avg speed 3.6 max speed 4.1 with the set speed to 4.0 and all have great reading in kprobe from my understanding and i successfully burn ufc 3 last night with the mems but its loads on my xbox and then goes black/blank so idk what it is lol

and as for burning xgd2 on another burner i did try and it failed literally at 2% of the burn... i asked if i had to change settings no one has answered and the research comes back to no i do not have to but idc anyway i guess im ordering 60 verbs from singapore tomorrow after i fix these dudes xboxs and mod them...

If all the buffer settings in IMGBURN are maxed out and still failing then it has to be the PC that's giving you these problems! Stick it in Safe Mode and try just 1 burn to see if that helps! if not i would start looking at your PC memory or check the sata cables !
