13604 (without silent update) dash and LT 3.0 firmware

My dashboard is currently on 13604 without the silent update since i never go online, and i'm currently on 2.0 firmware. Since i truncate my burns, can i flash to 3.0 while leaving the dashboard to 13604 so i don't lose the feature to install games on the HDD? since updating to the latest dashboard will get the silent update and lose the feature to install games. Basically, can i play the new XGD3 games this way? (FFXIII-2/neverdead etc.)

who told u that this feature is removed?? its still there...
one day u will have to update to latest dash y not now?? updating to latest dash will update ur dae and u will need to repatch and reburn ur games...

buy an ihas as truncating will give u errors..its just around $17..

Only need to repatch and reburn XGD3 and AP2.5 games. XGD2 games would still be fine.

don't truncate games, even if you dont go online it can still effect you by kicking you out of the game for CIV failures.
