My friend is now posting his services on crgslist (mods).What R the do's and dont's?

Like the title says,i have a buddy who is offering softmod and hardware help for ps3 xbox and wii on craigslist...
In his post it says "i will not burn any or sell any pirated games so dont ask"

But he also is offering to put on custom firmwares and fix broken consoles and dvd drives etc etc...

Shouldnt he be not doing this?

Should he be careful with certain language?

As long as you do not advertise selling burned games it's fine

Yeah make sure that if somebody asks him and offers him more money to burn games not to accept. Could be a trap. You never know.

Hell I wouldnt even tell the people how or where to get the stuff to burn them. Then again thats just me.
