DVDKey Extraction Failed - Half Tray etc...What i need to do?

Hello friends ixtreme forum, good morning. I'm with the drive connected to your PC, Jungle Flasher it recognized the drive as instructed. Just to see, my version is 1.6 ixtreme

I'm trying to extract the DVDKey clicking "Dummy from iXtreme" but the following error message appears: "iXtreme DVDKey extraction falied! With Power DVD tray half open."

I'm trying to do this since yesterday, and this is what prevents me from iXtreme upgrade to 2.0. I did a procedure that I recommended, open the drive tray, disconnect the power cord and push the tray halfway up, but it's the same error. Even with the tray in the middle, the green light flashes the console, but then turn off after 5 minutes.

Does anyone have any solution? I need to fast before my family arrives. Thank you, Leonardo carefully.

press phat key located above dummy from extreme and then using the ck3 probe follow the instructions

ok on the left hand side under drive properties what does it say ? can you post a screen shot ? could be that your drive is not showing up

There is prints, in order:

1º im tryng to extract the key via Dummy from ixtreme buttom - ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting
2º - i´ve click on Phat Key - ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting

not sure how to give you the best advice as i hve never had this prob i use usbpro to connect mine all i could suggest is that could the way your connecting the drive pic 3 says pci ide you need a compatable sata board plugged into your pci express on the motherboard sorry if this is no help to you

just had another look at photo 2 ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting if you are using the proper ck3 probe hold the switch thats on the lead green light should go off on probe then press yes on jungleflasher and then as the dots appear on screen put probe onto mpx01 and release power button jungleflasher should go ding and say keys extracted hold the switch again and take off probe you may need to do this a few times can bwe a bit tricky best of luck
