Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi and LT 1.9
I have a question.
Do I really need LT 1.9 to play ''Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi'' or I can play without it.

XGD3 Quality Benchmarks (per TX and C4):
PI MAX should be 100 or less & PI Average should be 5 or less
PIF MAX should be 4 or less & PIF Average should be 0.20 or less
Nero Discspeed score of 90 or better.

Dragon Ball
I don't want to upgrade my XBOX 360 to LT 1.9 if it's not necessary and I don't plan on connecting to XBOX LIVE.

Is it safe to play this game?? I run on abgx and he tell me "there is no verified (...) in the online database"

the answer is no. unless you get a verified version, it is not live safe.
