Yes I have the same setup. Output is esata for me
I'm just curious because I have a similar setup and I'm trying desperately to get these discs to not turn out coasters, and would like to inquire what your settings are. I'm fairly certain it's not my media, verbatim mkm001s run at 2.4, and I'm almost certain I flashed the dvd drive correctly. So, anybody want to lend a helping hand? I'm looking for things like what your buffer is set at, what options you have ticked on eeprom utility, what options in the write tab in settings on imgburn and all that jazz.

Yeah I'm using an E-sata too. So you've had successful burns right?
Yes. I don't bother to verify. I trust successful burns. I followed the flashing tut exactly. Didnt bother to crossflash
Sweet. Ok so what do you have ticked in your eeprom utility? Smart burn, both hyper tuning, and not over speed? What's your buffer size in Imgburn? Do you have OPC ticked? Burn proof not ticked? Do you manually set your layerbreak to 2133520 or do you calculate optimal? Sorry I have so many questions, I just really want it to work this time.
calculate optimal. didnt change any eeprom settings. didnt change buffer size. opc is NOT ticked.

And you've run it through kprobe/ have confirmed them working in your box? Thanks a lot for your responses dude.
mee to crossflashed using usb enclosure
Do you have burn proof ticked? And just smart burn right, that's the default eeprom?
Ok guys so I think I found a winning combination! I set everything to default again, ticked OPC off, set write speed to 2.4, set Smart Burn on in eeprom utility and nothing else, burn proof off, and it worked! Oh, I took a nap while it was burning but I highly doubt that had anything to do with the success. Thank you everybody!
