Future 360 Flasher looking for need gear

Hello, New member here :/

Anyway, i'm just looking for some questions of mine to be answered.

I currently have a 1.91 Flashed Hitachi 79 Drive. I'm on dash 13599, well, the newest one.

I know very little about flashing xbox's, I've read the JF TuT quite a few times but it is making little sense to me.

My last xbox was flashed to LT+ 1.1, and i started recieving drive failure for quite some time.

My first question, would be will ANY of those games work. I understand the AP2.5 checks are on certain games and
that new AP 2.6 Will be introduced soon, or is already active. I also read that Hitachi drives are "immune" or so to the AP 2.5 Checks? I'm very confused :s

I've been snooping around this forum, and read by someone that dash updates would be coming more often, and i
should probably just get the equipment now, instead of paying someone $15-20 and having my xbox gone for 2 weeks.

My computer has no SATA port, but it has an eSATA port if that could potentially function in the same way.
I figured that my best bet would be to buy the USB flashing tool, i forget what it's called. If someone would reccommend it, i'd appreciate it. Any other gear i need please tell me,

all drives read ap 2.5 and 2.6 with the newest ixtreme 1.91. hitachi drive's are not immune to anything, the early versions (and some people argue all hitachi's) just dont support the ap 2.5 or 2.6 so you can play them without any issues regardless of any current Microsoft anti-piracy attempts.

you need to buy the following: 1) x360usb 2) ck3lite or cl3pro with molex power supply

After that you dont need anything else for your hitachi drive. if you had a liteon, you would also need a probe3 to extract the key.

Then once you get it all follow the JF Tut and you will be good to go.

are my old games safe for online play or do i need to have new copies burned?

technically they need to be burned again, but the first "real" antipiracy schema on discs was ap 2.5 and there are only 6 of those. if you load your disk and run it through agbx and there are ANY changes then if you want to be as safe as possible, you should rerun and reburn. its sort of a "how safe do you want to be" question really...
