I would recommend:
-Intel core i5-2500k around 110 euro (this will extend your gaming life a little.)
-asus P8Z68-V LE (no sli) around 200 euro. With sli is little more expensive but in fact same mobo.
-8 gb ddr3 corsair around 40 euro
-graphics card what you have left over from 500 euro like 150-200.

what power supply do i need for that?
EDIT: sorry i made a little mistake 500€ was with the power supply, hard drive etc. the cpu,gpu and mainboard would be about 350€

Get an x360 or PS3 for that money, you won't need to update it ever. All the games will run without any need of upgrades
