"No VIA ports were found"

Postby stefagiana » Thu Mar 04, 2010 2:04 pm

At the first time I've runned Jungleflasher the errors "No VIA ports were found" an then "No comports were found during enumeration" appeared. What does it mean? what should I do?

EDIT: On BIOS, under the voice "SATA MODE" I've 3 options: "IDE; RAID and AHCI" and is setted to RAID, wich one must i choose?

I've a windows XP professional as O.S

Thanks a lot for the support and forgive me for some grammar error :D

That just means it didn't find any via ports on your box. I take it you don't have a via card installed?

No worries, as long as you have a sata port, you can continue the steps to flash your drive.

It's strange because i'm quite sure to have a VIA card in my motherboard (Here a pic of it)

The problem is that JF doesn't find the drive and the com ports as you can see here

Okay, now, with your xbox 360 connected and powered on.

On the I/O drop down port list, as seen in your image you attached, click on that, and cycle through.

see if your drive is shown.
