Flash form 1.61 to lt??

Hi all.Iv a quick question.I just recently flashed a stock liteon to 1.61 about 3 weeks ago.Before flashing it i updated it on live.Now id like to upgrade to lt.Can anyone give me the steps i need to follow to upgrade?Can i just erase 1.61 and flash Lt and all done?Thanx...

Hi you will have the latest updates so just flash straight to LT, use the same method you used with 1.61 but only LT
