Try next 2x. That should put it on track 3. Also all the tracks should show up in the audio screen, so you should also be able to scroll down to it and play it. It only needs to run for about 5 to 10 seconds.

Ok, so if you're getting audio, then the disc is playing. Just let it play til the end. It seems to be a slightly more indepth cleaning system than I'm used to. Six different brushes at different radius and some cyclonic something, somthing and a catch pad for the dust. WOW.

OK. I don't recall from your other threads if this was on all backups or just a particular one. I mat have to go back and read the others for more info.

EDIT:So let me see if I understood everything correctly. Retail and XGD2 backups play fine, XGD3 backups have issues, not using Verbatim, using an iHAS with BurnerMax. Right so far? If it still says dirty disk after cleaning, then I would venture to say a pot tweak of the laser next. Of course, you already know the consensus on non-Verbs. But you say your Kprobe results are within acceptable parameters correct? Just trying to get the whole enchilada on the plate. I may have just missed it, but I couldn't find what drive you had or what dashboard you're on or what LT+ version.

iv`e been trying to this this guy for past few days now
that his laser needs pot tweeking or replacing
but he says his dad won`t let him open it,
so ask your dad to either send it to me, or who ever is closest to you
or take it to a local shop for repair
