    my first lite-on flashing

    hi guys, am new to all of this, i have read articles and watched a lot of videos but i don't know where to start, i have lite-on DG-16D4S, 9504. not flashed before and i have updated the xbox to the latest dashboard before taking it a part, what should i do to flash it? do i need to buy some hardware to flash it??
