Help is needed badly

I flashed my 0225 (labeled 9504) after Geremia kamikaze unlock, with (LT 1.91u).
I put it in XB and it actually ran one original and one backup game, but gave me 'mixed disk' or another one. That was only for 3 or 4 minutes, and then everything turned black in my face.
As I wanted to play the other game, I tried to flash with another version (1.9u), that I thought may help the problem.
Then I stared to get 'play DVD' and 'mixed disk' on the backups, and also on original. The drive seemed to be little noisy (my be higher spin rate), but I thought the drive is miss fit by some how.
The things deteriorated more and more, and every dvd I try seemed not to be read and XB screen display 'open tray' as if there is no disk on drive.
I checked the drive, the laser is ok and tries to read the disk. I could actually see the beem moving focus on disk.
But I think the problem is in the spin. The disk first doesn't spin when I first see laser, and suddenly give one short spin, and then ... nothing.
I tried flashing many versions of LT. I even tried a writing a saved file with dosflash, no way
I read abut the tray error and tray speed. Mine opens and closes normally.

Any explanation for this deterioration? Any suggestions? Any help?

Did the "Flash Verfication Test" in Jungleflasher pass? Also did you spoof your key to the LT Firmware?

Verification always passed ok. Yes I spoofed the key. Note that games have actually run once ...

alot of people are getting problems with the slim mods, maybe its a bug in the firmware as c4eva is releasing 1.92. i suggest wait for the new firmware

I tried flashing with an original that I downloaded from the net, cos when I tried to 'read' after 'intro' and when in vendor mood, JF gave me errors that it can't find '\..\firmware\lt....bin', (which was not 0225u), while the file was existing in this path (with all the package), so I couldn't make a dump from the original fw.
Anyway, this original did not work also. 'open tray' on screen with no activity on drive.

One thing I need to mention, till now I didn't 'lock' the drive. Can this be a cause, as I saw that in some sites?
I'll give it a try and I'll post results after

You're right. 'firmware is killing the drive', I read that when following a way named 'Rubber mod', which also didn't work for me.
I'll wait and see, hoping that my drive isn't dead yet ...

Try a different fw 0225 not 0225u also try 0272 and see if any of those fix your problem.

I've tried all 0225's. Now I also tried 0272, no way, also 'open tray' on screen. Just the same behavior as there's no disk. I opened the drive, connected it open, and noticed the behavior. Laser focus, small motor burst, nothing.
Comparing with a PC dvd: laser focus, continuous rotation.
Clues drive to laser failure. Is this possible even I can see it? May be drive is not able to read it back?
Is it a motor problem? I think if it is motor problem, it'll not spin at all (wont give this burst spin)

One more thing noticed, the PC dvd tries to read first in a track that's more outer towards the edge. Is that a normal difference between the dvd drives?
