    Advice needed : Lite-on 74850c

    Hi guys

    The last few weeks i've been reading forums, tutorials for upgrading to LT v1.1.
    I already managed to link my xbox (FW 1.6) to my pc. ( without probe)

    I do not have a orginal dummy.bin file. What I do have is the dummy.bin file with all the others files extraced from the dvd by pressing ' Dummy from Ixtreme'. If i click the DVD32 tab i see that my key verifies...

    My question is:
    Is it save to take the dummy.bin as source for upgrading to LT v1.1?

    Do you plan on playing on LIVE? If so, I'd wait for LT+ 1.9. If not, what dashboard do you currently have?

    My current dashboard is: 2.0.12611.0 ( not the new one from may 19th)

    The dummy.bin you have is all you need. Go ahead and download the latest JungleFlasher and tutorial from my sig. Here's the latest LT+ 1.1: IXtreme LT+ 1.1 Lite Touch Firmware Download w/ AP25 Support. After you download the LT+ 1.1 firmware, place it in your firmware folder of JF along with your dummy.bin. Go to Firmware Tool 32 tab and click Open Source Firmware and browse to the dummy.bin. Click open. It wil ask you to auto-load LT+ 1.1. Click yes. It should spoof your key from the dummy.bin to LT+ 1.1. Make sure the key matches. Follow the JF tutorial from pg. 102.
