One man job with the TX tools...

As soon as you hit phatkey follow and do what jf tells you, when it says power off for 5 seconds just pull the plug, count to 5 then press ok! you get jf now asking you to save 5 files, you only need the dummy and key, everything else is for JF's reference.

It's a one man job with the one i built, it's not rocket science.

when you say "pull the plug" do you mean pull the main power source for the xbox out, or hold my two wires apart then push them back together?

If you right click on the phatkey it'll give you some choices in secs before it does it's thing so you can get ready

Some lite-on's fail phatkey if you just break the wire (use the switch) i have to pull the plug out from the drive wait 5 seconds and plug it back in, making sure the 2 little tabs are pointing up.

It's best to take your time with the first one, It has become 2nd nature to most of us here.

Just run through a check list 1st, then double check connections, then do it!

It should take about a minute to complete when everything is right!
