Updating the latest dash and firmware

hi

Before I start, here is my info:
dash: 2.0.13599.0
firmware: lt+ 1.9
drive: LiteOn DG-16D2S 74850C (90% sure)

its been along time for me in the xbox 360 scene. last time i updated my firmware was Lt+1.9
I want to know what is the latest dash available and the latest firmware. could you please provide links for newest dash and firmware. if i need to update the dash, please provide the link so i add on my usb.

Now i went to read some of the threads saying something about RGH. do i need to worry about that?? Also, about the AP, if i update to LT +3.0, do i still need to use abgx360 for the AP to go away?

and say if I have my clean soft copy of , say, NFS hot pursuit can i burn it and start playing it with the newest firmware LT+3.0? or do i need to use abx360 to inject it so the AP wont effect.

and xdg3, do i need to change settings on imgburn? or has imgburn been updated to accommodate the xdg3 games. i remember there was a tut on how to burn xdg3 games using imgburn.

finally, i dont care XBL coz ive been banned. but i need to use stock firmware right? i just need to update to the LT+3.0, is that right?

i regret that i had no knowledge about firmware drive and all. all i did was gave my xbox to the computer shop guy. didnt do my homework first. that is y i was banned.
But just curious, is there a way around to get back XBL? e.g change the physical dashboard right? or buy a phat xbox 360..lol right?

Not sure why the above replied, heres the latest firmware iXtreme LT+ 3.0 Download heres the latest system update Xbox 360 Software Updates | Xbox Troubleshooting | Xbox Support - Xbox.com - Xbox.com you will need a iHas rev B drive to burn XGD3 backups, yes you ALWAYS use ABGX to verify backups if you dont some games wont boot, good luck

if you update to the latest dash you will not be able to do a RGH anymore, unless you dump your nand and cpukey now (on the 13599 dash).

process all your iso's through abgx360 so it will be compatible with LT3.0.

if you want to update dash; always flash to stock first, update dash and then flash with LT.

easiest way to get back to XBL is to get another box.

just reguarding RGH
your dash is good for RGH1
so if you are planning to do rgh in the near future
i wouldn`t update past 14699 untill you at least dump your nand first

Guys, thanks for all ur replies. It's great to have a strong community on this forum.
I dont know wat u guys mean by dumping "nand and cpukey now (on the 13599 dash)". Also, I dont worry have to worry about the AP25 as long as i use abgx360 right?

Also, what's "iHas rev B drive to burn XGD3 backups"? how do i get it? is it necessary or can i just follow the settings on Imgburn How to burn XGD3 using iHas with Burnermax & Imgburn and verify using KProbe 2

Finally, even though i dont use XBL anymore, do i still need to flash to stock first then update dash then flash Lt+3.0?

Technically no you don't all updates past 13599 dont touch the DVD drive and so it's not really needed to return to stock first, the advice is to return to stock first in case you are going to sell the system on and need it as clean as possible.

IHas is needed for all ISOs over 8gig in size, with the custom firmware on it it can write extra data to the disk missed by regular DVD burners, making as close a copy to the original as possible and being as safe as you can be with online play although it is still needed for offline to, without it you will be truncating your burns and that will not work with any XGD3 title.
