try using JF 1.84 - see what that gives you
if it works - then just switch over to 1.86 to write
I recently purchased Team Xecuter x360usb pro and probe v3 and have my old revd board. I have successfully extracted the key from a 74850c (0251) using the PMT method, but am struggling to get it to work this time around.
For your information: All apparatus are official Team Xecuter hardware; I am using Windows 7 64-bit; the X360usb board was updated to the latest firmware last week; I am powering the revD board via mains.
What I can see: The x360usb is plugged into my laptop and the LED Laptop side is green and the LED dvd drive side is red. It begins green, but turns red when I enter Jungleflasher 0.1.86.
Below is the log.

Serial flash found with Status 0x52
Extracted drive key failed Verification !
PhatKey extraction failed!
Some more information you should know, I cannot advance to "Serial flash found with Status 0x52" using the 3.3v switch, I have to manually power cycle the drive using the CK3 revd board. The instant I turn the power back on, "Serial flash found with Status 0x52" appears and I go to the next screen which asks me to power cycle the drive with a 5 second delay. No matter the delay I give the drive, I get "Extracted drive key failed Verification !" every single time.
The DVD drive is 83850c v1 fully updated with stock firmware 0251.
Any clues what I'm doing wrong?![]()

I tried it on .84 as well, but it didn't work. I have managed to find the key which was extracted a fair few months ago, so I no longer have the problem of wishing to extract the key. But I am unsure if this error will occur on other DVD drives, or maybe it was resigned to this individual one. As I stated before, it worked without fault when I tried it on a 74850c (0251).
