The only time I've ever had that happen was when I was powering the drive with the CK3 Probe and it's corresponding cord. If this is what you're doing, use the stock power cable.
I have a LiteOn 8350c v.1 drive that I have reflashed back to stock (twice now) so that I can get the update than reflash to LT 1.9. Everything goes well in jungleflasher but when I put in xbox it refuses to open the drive and the center green light keeps flashing. As I have said I have reflashed and it ejects perfectly on the PC just not while in the xbox. Any help or ideas would be GREATLY appreciated.

Using a connectivity kit to connect drive to pc for powering on and off.
ok dont shoot me... but you did spoof the key correct? And you are also using the OFW (or at least the original key) as the source...
every time i have seen that blinking power light, its been because the xbox is not detecting the dvd. check your cables. if you have something splicing off one, just connect the drive on both cables straight to the mobo. also try reseating your cables.
Always save your DVD Key first!! That is the Holy Fucking Grail of your XBox 360!!
AP26 has been defeated, AP25 has not...if you do not patch your games correctly, you WILL be flagged!!

ive got the same problem. my drive worked in the xbox after flashing to stock then after the update its not showing up in the pc or the xbox...
I will try to reconnect everything in the morning to make sure that is not an issue. I hope it is something that simple that I have overlooked. Otherwise I am going to spoof another liteon that I have with 0800 firmware to the stock firmware and see if that works in this xbox.
are you remembering to outro your drive?
quite a few people are experiencing this problem - fix seems to be to erase and re write and it works fine

I had a similar problem last weekend with my BENQ, J'flasher couldn't see it and the tray wouldn't open, eventually I decided to try dosflasher just to see if it would detect the drive, it did. I managed to open the tray and everything went back to normal. I then went back to J'flasher (because I'd never used dosflash before) and reflashed 1.9 and all was fine.
Thinking about it afterwards I have a feeling it was stuck in vendor mode. I'm not very experienced so this is only a guess really, anyway it's fine now.
