quick question, If i move my gamertag to a memory card and use it on a banned 360 can I move it back to my legit 360 without getting banned? and still have achievements and stuff like that?

If you get play with your gamertag on a banned 360, and move it back, the gamertag don´t work anymore because it says it is broken.

Then you have to download your gamertag from Xbox live, and all achievements that you achieved on the banned Xbox or while offline playing are gone.

But your legit 360 don´t get banned if you do this.
