after setting up all things up ..
there just arose query in my mind ..
.
i have read that while reflashing lite on 7 series drive .. xbox 360 can be used as power ..
i want to ask do we need to just power xbox or we have to also start it .. mean press start button ..
or just switching on power socket in wall will be fine ?????????

You need the console powered on i.e. you would need to press the power button (so that the green LED comes on) for it to power the drive.
