hey whats up guys. im new to the hole flashing thing but i got the redrings not warenty so im doing the fix for that and desided to give ixtreme a try. can someone give me a step by step guide on how to flash my hitachi-lg drive that came with my 360 and put the ixtreme firmware on it thanks for all the help

thanks for all the help i think i got it covered now only thing im not sure about is the slax 2 cd i have to use my xps to do the flash and dont want anyting messing up any imput would be greatly apresheated

You can download Slax here.

Just burn it, then restart your pc with your drive connected.

ok i got it on cd thanks to imgburn ima do the xclamp fix tonight and if that goes well ill do the flash when i get back from my gfs on sun so wish me luck guys thanks for all the help

Good luck hitachi's are a piece of cake to flash you'll be fine don't worry

ok the xclamp trick worked i got my box back from the red death so on to flashing iv just not desided on if ill dothe flash now or wait till 1.6 comes out

Do the fash now updating will be easy

Plus, it will give you experience. Once you've done it, doing it again will be that much easier
