Phew, I just did a successful flash (i think) and didn't get this problem (I'm playing a dvd fine right now so i think im ok)

don't you need to open your dvd drive to remove the laser? Mine has a warranty sticker but my xbox is still under warranty because I did the blowdryer trick.

I can probably do the same thing to the dvd drive right?
