does the info on your nand always stay there or will it erase after a while cause im flashing my 1.61 to LT at the w/e and it sonly been online for about 2 hours altogether

well im upgrading to LT on saturday and i dont think im flagged cuz ive done all the theories every1 goes on about.

ps.if i played on a banned xbox but it hadnt actually been online to get the message so it didn cripple the hard drive you know if i done the internet connection test would i be able to use my hardrive to play on it offline and play with that hardrive on a different xbox online? if i play CoD WaW with ISO Mods offline and play normal backups online will they still know i played a bad copy.
