does someone know where I can download stock firmware for my benq drive?
I don't know how it's possible but somehow I don't have my stock firmware anymore (I still have my dvd key)

I need the stock firmware because I want to unmod my 360 so I can go online again

First off... If you've already been banned, replacing your modded firmware with stock firmware will not allow you online again.

Second... Chances are if you've played online with modded firmware in the past and just stopped to avoid banning... even if you do flash back to stock and go online, you'll probably get banned anyway...

Third... if you still need the firmware. It can be found on the xbins irc server. The easiest way to get on xbins is the auto-xbins tool which can be found here...
