Arrow Help with flashing Benq drive!

Hello to all.I'm new here and i'm stuck with flashing Benq DVD XboX drive.I've got Xbox360 from friend but when i try to flash it with Benq iXtreme LT v1.1 then comes the problems.

Like you see,dvd key is not found (i don't know why) and i think that's a problem.I've try to flash it with original BENQ-OFW.bin firmware and says the same-invalid status 0x50 or 0x51 and "Drive returned invalid status".
Can you help me how to flash it with original firmware and then with LT version to play backup games.I don't meen to connect on xbox live.
    Thanks in advance.

Hi, is your drive is preflashed with 1.5 to 1.61? if so you need to use the tray half open method, read through JF tutorial >> http://www.megaupload.com/?d=X0I9TGOZ

Have you followed every step for BenQ drives from JF tutorial? if so on page 33 if your drives flashed with 1.5 to 1.61, you will need the tray half open method but like it says this can be tricky to accomplish, i guess you have just got to get it right
