Btw. in the beggining it says flashed samsung dvd drive? is it the same as the drivers in 360? Can't I just use any dual layer dvd burner? or dvd driver for that matter? Or does it have to be a 360 compatible drive?

Any Dual layer burner will work.

I have a Pioneer DVR-109 and that doesn't allow me to read the disk, all tabs are greyed out

sorry to dig this thread up. but i noticed he used a kreon checker and a "flashed" dvd drive.

i just have a dual layer dvd burner with stock firmware. will this still be able to back up my games and will i still be able to check the backup with the kreon checking software?
