I doubt it will work tbh.

NTSC is just North America whereas NTSC-J is the japan/asia specific region.

Your basically playing a game out of region which can result in a ban.

If the games are region free then that shouldn't be a problem, if they are not, then I would imagine it would result in a ban as Esham said.
