How are you burning your backups? Are you Truncating?
I recently found out that re rippping and re burning brotherhood and other games like it (fable, halo reach) will make it work on the newer firmwares, i ran them through agbx check and everything is green but my console still says the disk is unsupported but what i am confused is that newer games seem to work but not these ones.

are you on 3.0? have you patched the games with the latest abgx and burnt them with the ihas?
the assassins creed brotherhood did not need to be truncated because the file size was small enough to fit the cd. Yes im on the latest firmware and the agbx, but im only using a normal burner. Additional: the AC: Brotherhood i burned could be read by the console but when i try to play it, gives me the unsupported disk message
What brand dvds are you using?
Phillips, im new to this so i did not want to waste verbatims
I guess that you are on Lt 2.0 so even if you patch the game isos using abgx360 and reburn they would only run on LT 3.0. I ran into a similar issue where my Modern Warfare 2 dvd runs on Lt 3 but gives error message on my other console flashed with Lt 2. If you want to play these ap2.5 protected titles you will have to upgrade to LT 3.0 and it will surely work. Hope that helps !
