Well you cant use your IHAS burner for ripping and you need Liteon or BenQ drive flashed to 0800. Simple as that and this is on google as well.
Hey all, I'mset up correctly I think, new to ripping this way though, use to use the hot swap method. I have BU creater, Imageburn and the new ABXG and know how to patch and burn, I need to know how to rip properly with all the new programs and files. I'm using a Liteon ihas224 that's flashed with burnermax...I nice tutorial would be sweet and if you tell me to search first I'll scream cause I been doing that for two hours, thanks....

well what I read was that the new lite on models, flashed with birnermax was a one stop shopping kinda thing, I was told you can do it all with the new imageburn
You cant rip xbox 360 games using IHAS, who ever this person told you is complete idiot! You will need actual XBOX 360 Lite-On drive or BenQ drive flashed to 0800 firmware to rip complete iso of game. IHAS drive is only for burning you XGD3 games and other data.
Shit, I hate idiots....well I guess I go shopping again, I already had a Plextor set up for burning, I thought I needed this lite On drive for ripping, he didn't say a lite on from and X-box only! Now I have two, whatever, anyone got a drive for sale?? Where can I get one?
Heres a drive for you, once you have it flash it too 0800 bin file and connect to XBC and start ripping.
Hey thanks a bunch, it's on it's way....I was trying to learn from Youtube, been running around in circles for the most part I guess...what cable do I use to install it, I notice it doesn't look like a SATA, or is there an adapter cable from USB?? Thanks
Here's a complete guide on how to use it with everything you need. Click HERE and good luck.
I read the guide and looked up the cables, are these the cables to flash it or just to hook it to the CPU? I have watched and read about flashing, seems there was a probe involved. I have a guy here who does my flashing for me as he's all set up for anything. I just need the cables to hook the flashed drive up to my PC and use it, Thanks
